  This clinic (held virtually until further notice) matches individuals with volunteer attorneys who provide legal advice during a phone conversation. Bilingual assistance available.

• Pro Se Bankruptcy Clinic
  The CBA Pro Se Bankruptcy Clinic assists pro se individuals with chapter 7 cases in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado. The Clinic offers free limited-scope legal advice on eligibility for bankruptcy protection; what to include in petitions, schedules, and pleadings; navigating local forms and court rules; and preparing for the meeting of creditors and other hearings.
